During the Periodic Medical Examination (PME), ArboNed receives and collects personal information of employees and medical data on their health, vitality and well-being by means of a questionnaire. We collect this information to be able to advise you on your health and lifestyle, and to advise the employer on the health of their staff in general.

In accordance with the privacy laws and regulations, we treat your information as confidential. The information is only accessible to the company doctor who is involved in the PME and to the Vitality and Health Expert involved in the PME, who works under the responsibility of the company doctor.

The information is not shared with the employer or third parties. For the report to the employer, only the statistical data at section level is used, provided that this is not traceable to individuals.

ArboNed guarantees that this information from the PME is dealt with in an honourable manner:

The information is received via systems and stored in databases governed by ArboNed's information security policy. ArboNed thereby guarantees that the PME is dealt with in a safe and secure manner.

• Questionnaires that employees complete online are sent to ArboNed via a secure https line with a certificate.
• The databases are not directly accessible via the internet and are located in a secure, ISO 27001-certified data center.
• Access to this information is only granted to users who are authorised on the basis of their position.

Employees are at all times entitled to view the data registered by ArboNed. At an employee's request, ArboNed will destroy this data.
